Teen Girls and Women Will Receive Full-Force Self-Defense Training to Help Carry Them Through Life
Fort Collins, Colo. – Pretty Brainy is partnering with Model Mugging® to offer the quickest, most effective self-defense training to females aged 16 and up on Saturday, October 19, and Sunday, October 20.
This Self-Defense Training Class Weekend is a comprehensive program based on 45 years of extensive applied research and organized on the Five Principles of Self Defense©.
Participants will:
- Learn how to fight a real assailant (an attacking, padded Model Mugging instructor whom you will strike with your full force).
- Set boundaries so others heed and respect the line you draw.
- De-escalate conflict.
- Disrupt and stop bullying.
- Identify the ploys and tactics predators use to target and manipulate.
- Resolve past trauma.
- Emerge with greater self-esteem, personal safety, and the know-how to defend and protect your most valuable asset — your own strong, smart self.
